Terms of Service

These terms of service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you" or "Client") and Linear Leads ("we," "us," or "our") for the services we provide. By using our website, hiring us, or working with us in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Who we are

Linear Leads is a cold email outreach service for home service contractors. We are based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. We help home service businesses reach commercial buyers like property managers, facility managers, and other commercial decision makers.

2. Our services

We provide the following services for our clients:

• Build a list of commercial buyers in your service area
• Write cold email copy on your behalf
• Send emails from our own domains and email accounts, not yours
• Manage replies and route qualified leads to you
• Share updates on campaign performance

We do not sell on your behalf. When a lead replies, you contact them and close the sale yourself.

3. Pricing and payment

Our pricing is performance-based. You pay only when we deliver a qualified lead, as defined on your strategy call and in your written agreement. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime.

What counts as a "qualified lead" depends on your trade and your service area. We will agree on this in writing before any campaign begins.

Invoices are due within seven days of delivery unless we agree to other terms in writing. Late payments may result in pausing or ending campaigns.

4. Your responsibilities

To work with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business
• Approve the outreach copy before campaigns go live
• Respond to leads in a timely way once we route them to you
• Pay invoices on time
• Not use the leads we deliver for purposes outside your business

5. Our responsibilities

We agree to:

• Run campaigns professionally and follow email best practices
• Send from our own domains so your email reputation is not affected
• Be honest about expected results
• Tell you if your market or trade is not a fit before taking your money

6. No guarantees on specific results

We do our best work for every client. Cold email results depend on many factors, including your market, your trade, your service area, the time of year, and how fast you respond to leads. We cannot guarantee a specific number of leads or sales. Past results from other clients are not a promise of future results for you.

7. Our work product

The buyer lists, email copy, sending infrastructure, and systems we build for your campaigns belong to Linear Leads. You may use them while you are an active client. When the agreement ends, we retain the work product. We will not share your specific company information or proprietary details with other clients.

8. Confidentiality

We will keep your business information private and use it only to run your campaigns. You agree to keep our methods, lists, copy, and pricing private as well.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to send spam, scams, illegal content, or anything that could harm another person or business. We may stop working with you at any time if we believe you are using our services in bad faith or in a way that violates the law.

10. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Send us an email and we will stop campaigns within five business days. You are still responsible for paying for any qualified leads delivered before the cancellation takes effect.

We may also end our agreement at any time. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice and stop campaigns the same way.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Linear Leads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the total amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Linear Leads harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or costs that arise from your use of our services, your business operations, the content you ask us to send on your behalf, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will let you know by email. The current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date at the top.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to these Terms or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Tennessee.
